we should keep in mind that they're  not only economic agreements,

but that they should take into  account the fundamental rights.

The fundamental rights and human rights  but also our values.

Reforming Dublin means also reviewing  all the rules of the asylum package.

When we're talking about  reforming asylum and Dublin,

we're also talking about  how asylum is granted.

Going beyond the first country of arrival.

They are now being brought to their knees,  and we cannot ignore that,

that is all the external border countries.

We also need to emphasise  the legal routes for migration.

but also other issues such as  climate change are the root causes.
