MEP Graham Watson - Plenary speech on standards for procedures concerning refugee status

As Chair of the committee of the Citizens' Freedoms and Rights, Watson drew up the report on the proposal for a Council Directive on minimum standards on procedures for granting and withdrawing refugee status.
