SOUNDBITE (English), Giovanni LA VIA (EPP, IT), Head of Delegation, The main problem are on adaptation funds, on one side, but form the other side, we are working well and with a good speed. The common declaration it is quite close, but on the other side we are working on funding . This is the main problem that we are discussing now. On the other side we discussed about the opportunity to organise an annual COP. The real problem is that after Paris we are going to have some technical meetings. We need technical meetings for implementing the Paris agreement.
