SOUNDBITE (Spanish), Jesus Mate, "With the political situation that we're going through, I think everyone should be committed and choose an option, a political direction."

SOUNDBITE (Spanish), Tania Mora, "I voted by mail because I'm from Canarias but I live in Granada and the term was until yesterday, I think. I voted because I think it is really important, moreover for the European elections, due to the current situation in Europe and Spain to break the bipartisanship and change things."

SOUNDBITE (Spanish), Paula Septien, "I think it's important to vote always but the problem is to find options valid for you, and sometimes it's not so easy."

And so is a big step for more democracy although I think that many more politicians in Europe should be elected directly by us, by the people. I'm Portuguese, by the way."
