The Eurovision debate, organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), between the lead candidates for the Commission presidency takes place on Thursday 23 May in the European Parliament’s plenary chamber in Brussels. This clip illustrates all of the works done in the chamber to prepare the stage. The participants confirmed are Walter Baier (Austria, European Left), Sandro Gozi (Italy, Renew Europe Now), Ursula von der Leyen (Germany, European People’s Party), Terry Reintke (Germany, European Greens) and Nicolas Schmit (Luxembourg, Party of European Socialists). The speaking order has been decided during the Eurovision Draw. This clip also highlights the rehearsals of the Draw.
