LIBE delegation to Latvia and Lithuania: visit of the detention Centre of Daugavpils and Silene borders with Belarus (Latvia)

Seven members of the Civil Liberties Committee, led by the Chair Juan Fernando LÓPEZ AGUILAR (S&D, ES), travelled to Latvia in order to gather first hand impressions regarding the situation of migrants and applicants for international protection at the external EU borders with Belarus.
