From a legislative perspective, we are getting closer to that. Next week in Brussels, we will be voting on a set of legislation that places at the heart external border protection, a solidarity between Member States, especially those that are disproportionately affected by migration flows, asylum, in terms of making sure that our rules are streamlined across the European Union.
