The LUX Audience Award seeks to support European cinema and inspire discussion on topical issues. Last year, the European Parliament joined forces with the European Film Academy to organise the Award and to reach a wider audience. The LUX Audience Award is now open to all Europeans, who together with MEPs have a say in who wins the award. The three European films nominated for the LUX Audience Award 2022 are: Flee, Great Freedom and Quo Vadis, Aida?
