SOUNDBTIE (EN): CORAZZA BILDT, Anna Maria, (EPP, SE):  There is an issue of capacity in Turkey very much, as they are receiving so many more refugees and as all of Europe is receiving and there is an issue of capacity in Europe. I think that it is about shared responsibility, it is about implementing fully the international commitment that we have, to give international protection to the people that are in need of international protection, to respect the asylum undertakings we have ourselves subscribed the European Union for resettlement, resettlement is the high way for legally and save welcoming for people who are in need of international protection, it is obvious from our meetings today of the European Parliament&rsquo;s delegation that there are too little places for re-settlement in Europe, we need to increase the number of people that can come legally and safely and that is resettlement. The challenge here is as the spring is soon coming to make it less attractive to go to the smugglers and risks their lives and the children&rsquo;s life and to instead stay in Turkey where they can be taken care, there is a very good system of protection and come legally and safely to Europe and to the rest of the world as well, It is a global responsibility, this is the biggest Humanitarian crisis after World War II, everybody has to play its part.
