EP President Martin Schulz said Ukraine  had agreed to allow health experts

to assess the condition of the jailed  opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko

He said he'd raised the question  of her forthcoming second trial.

I asked Prime Minister Azarov to accept that  an international, highly reputed personality

should be sent to observe  the second process ahead,

with full access concerning  the case of Ms Tymoshenko.
