SOUNDBITE (English), Margrethe VESTAGER, In my opinion , the 1st thing to do for the European Commission, will be  of course to show that we change by having a gender balanced commission, because I think that if we as Europeans can mirror ourselves in who works for us, I think we will be closer to exactly that, and I think we need to get closer to those who make the rules.
