MEPs head back to Brussels  to a busy week.

A budget for relocating migrants,  new rules on travel packages,

mass surveillance of EU citizens,  labelling of organic products

and how to prevent  the radicalisation of young Europeans.

On Monday, MEPs will vote  on the allocation of 400 million euros
