Deepfake sadržaji (uvjerljivi krivotvoreni sadržaji) preplavljuju internet i mijenjaju stvarnost: utječu na percepciju nekih događaja ili izjava i umjetno stvorenim zabludama izazivaju napetosti. Već su korišteni i za počinjenje kaznenih djela. Kako je internet globalno dostupan, oni predstavljaju problem za lokalne, nacionalne i međunarodne pravne sustave. Stoga je potrebno i djelovanje na razini EU-a.

Deepfake sadržaji - HR

Süvavõltsingud mõjutavad seda, kuidas me teatud sündmusi või avaldusi tajume, ning tekitavad väärarusaamade kaudu kunstlikult pingeid. Süvavõltsingute tehnikat kasutades on juba toime pandud ka kuritegusid. Kuna neid levitatakse internetis, mis katab kogu maailma, tekitab see probleeme kohalikele, riiklikele ja riigiülestele õigussüsteemidele. Seetõttu peab Euroopa Liit nende vastu midagi ette võtma. .

Süvavõltsingud - ET

A mélykamu (más néven: deepfake) mesterséges intelligencia segítségével manipulált médiatartalom, amely egyre inkább elárasztja az internetet és torzítja a valóságot. Befolyásolja, hogy az emberek hogyan értelmeznek bizonyos megnyilvánulásokat és történéseket, ráadásul a mesterséges tévképzetekkel feszültségeket is gerjeszt. A technológia már bűncselekmények elkövetésében is segédkezett. Mivel az internet a világon mindenütt elérhető, a mélykamu a helyi, a nemzeti és a nemzetek feletti jogrendszerek számára is kihívást jelent. Ezért kell az Unió szintjén is lépéseket tenni ellene.

Deepfakes (medier, der er manipuleret ved hjælp af kunstig intelligens) oversvømmer internettet og ændrer virkeligheden. De påvirker den måde, vi opfatter visse begivenheder eller udtalelser på, og skaber spændinger ved at give anledning til grundløse misforståelser. Teknikken er allerede blevet brugt til at begå kriminalitet. Eftersom der ikke gælder nogen landegrænser for internettet, medfører deepfakes store udfordringer for lokale, nationale og overnationale retssystemer. Derfor er der også behov for handling fra EU's side.
