There is chance for a new path ways through the Artic, it means new opportunities for navigation and transportation, issues related to new energy resources but at the same time also issues related to the indigenous people in the area, fragile environment, but also some security concerns because, for example, if we look at the fact that Russia increased its military presencia in the Arctic tremendously during the last few years.
