The Reception Centre for Asylum Seekers at Kofinou, The Kofinou Reception Centre is the only governmental reception centre for Asylum Seekers in Cyprus. It is composed by 18 rectangle prefabricated units. Regulations of 2005 the Centre is to serve for the temporary accommodation and provision of reception facilities to asylum seekers for an initial period until asylum seekers gain access to the rights provided under the regulations (housing, work, welfare benefits e.t.c.), on 30 March, 2016
