Statement by Franck Debié. The ESPAS Process this time around is different. ESPAS aims to deliver a report to the leaders of the European institutions for the next cycle. It strives to enlarge the conversation and discuss a larger number of issues with a larger group of partners - those that connect to ESPAS through the Orbis online repository and participate in working groups to discuss the think pieces. The European Parliament supports actively ESPAS showcasing that a democracy when abiding to pluralism is able to prepare efficiently strategies for the future.
