It is a list on which only figure as countries at risk Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ethiopia, Iraq, Laos, Syria, Uganda, Vanuatu, Yemen, in second category Iran and in a third category North Korea. Following the first rejection the European Commission simply replaced Guyana by Ethiopia. I think we have to have this debate between us, and I am glad that the Commissioner has finished by accepting to have an exchange with the members, but given the way in which it has all taken place, I think it is very important that our two commissions, including the vote in plenary, and after the exchange, maintain the pressure by rejecting the proposal of the European Commission.</p>
