SOUNDBITE in english by Jerzy BUZEK, EP President: Today for the 6th time the EU is celebrating the International day against Homophobia. 20 years ago homosexuality was deleted from the official list of diseases by the World Health organisation, (WHO). The EU is against all forms of homophobia and this is reflected in the Treaty and the Charter of Fundamental rights.
