We have lost a president, but we had also lost a friend. A man who was respected for his forthright way, values, strong convictions. His vision and his values always guided his actions, both on a political and a personal level. And I think I can speak on behalf of all of us when we say our Parliament is grateful to him to take the brave decisions to keep the Parliament functioning during this very difficult period that we have gone through.
