Press briefing for journalists to mark 100 days before the election of the new European Parliament
Data wydarzenia: 18/02/2019
The EP’s Press service organises a briefing for journalists to mark 100 days before the new European Parliament will be elected, which will focus on upcoming key dates, lead candidate debates, media tools and practical details on facilities available on Election Day itself as well as in the run-up, in the European Parliament in Brussels. In this framework, the chamber of the EP in Brussels will be transformed into a giant press room between the 24 and 27 May where the announcements about projections and results will be made and the candidates will be offered the possibility to share their first reactions. During the press conference, a first set of projections has been published on how the next chamber would look like based on national polling data taken up to the beginning of February 2019. The data is based on a selection of reliable polls conducted by national polling institutes in the Member States and aggregated by Kantar public on behalf of Parliament.
