SOUNDBITE (Spanish), Elena VALENCIANO (S&amp;D, ES), Rapporteur, I'd like to thank the political groups for the work they've done during these months so we could bring this agreement between the EU and Cuba to the House. I think we can send out a positive signal at a time when the world is being reordered; we can keep up a fruitful cooperation with Latin American and the Caribean countries, Cuba has been an exception on this and as from now it will cease to be so.
