SOUNDBITE (French), Jean ARTHUIS (ALDE, FR), The Parliament adopted the Rapport on the draft General budget. This is the fifth but the final budget of this legislature which opened in 2014. This is certainly the one that reflects better our priorities in terms of employment, growth, youth, innovation, migration, climate, security and defence, with two major strikes regarding research and Erasmus.
