SOUNDBITE (Polish), Danuta Maria H&#220;BNER (EPP, PL), There are more and more floods in Europe and Poland has been affected this year , but over the last years there were many Member States that received support from European Solidarity Fund in case of droughts and floos and major earthquakes, I would like to encourage Poland to start talking tio the European Commission whether the conditions to recevice this support of the Solidarity are met? it looks like they are met and Poland can like other Member States can also be supported by this fund and work together with the Commission to do it as fast as possible . The European Parliament through the budgetary procedure will certainly also do its best to make this procedure completly to a succesful end.
