MEPs discuss recent developments in the process to revise air passenger rights. The debate may also take into account a proposal from 2023 on the enforcement of passenger rights, which suggests providing customers with more information on their rights at the time of booking, or supplying a common form that can be used to claim compensation. Parliament’s Transport and Tourism Committee is set to vote on this 2023 proposal during their next meeting on 24 June 2025. MEPs debate
