SOUNDBITE (Italian), David SASSOLI, EP President, <p>We have now discussed Parliament's start procedure by the Constitutional Affairs Committee for examining the provision. So we are on the track. We are doing our duty. We, the Conference of Presidents will also meet this Thursday. Parliament is the last entity to give a final say in this matter. Of course before us it should be the UK, the Parliament of the United Kingdom  that need to decide. Once this is done, the final exam will be of course up to us.  We are just beginning the examination with the Constitutional Affairs committee. Thursday, we will meet in the Conference of Presidents. We are ready for a serene and rapid examination and I believe that this is what we must do.</p>  <p>We said it in the September resolution of the European Parliament, we will be the last actor to have a say on this agreement. Thanks.</p>
