Socialist leaders meet ahead of the European Council: arrivals

Socialist leaders meet in the Brussels Sofitel Hotel Place, ahead of the Special European Council, 17-18 July 2020. EU leaders meet physically in Brussels to discuss the recovery plan to respond to the COVID-19 crisis and a new long-term EU budget.
