This achievement is first and foremost an investment in the well-being of the employees of the European Parliament in Luxembourg at work. But it is also the mark of our institution's very strong commitment to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

We had the ECSC, the Court of Justice, the Common Assembly which sat here in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. So yes, yes. Next to Brussels, next to Strasbourg, is Luxembourg, European capital.
