Interpol arrest warrants: extracts from the debate

During the EP plenary session (2-5 October 2017) in Strasbourg, MEP's are worry about Turkey using Interpol arrest warrants to track activists or political opponents beyond its borders, MEPs debate with the Council and Commission on the cases of two journalists and writers with European/Turkish nationalities held back by Spanish authorities.
