SOUNDBITE (English), Jerzy Karol BUZEK, EP President, We have upgraded our bilateral relations between both parliaments, we have now stabilisation and association parliamentary committee between our parliaments and this is parallel organised to stabilisation and association agreement between Montenegro government and the European Commission, and we have started our relations and launch our parliamentary committees yesterday. So it's a great signal of our cooperation. I would like to congratulate you Mr President of the Montenegro Parliament for your approach to the reforms in your country. 

SOUNDBITE (English), Jerzy Karol BUZEK, EP President, Is not easy, I know very well. And its necessary to have an internal agreement also with the opposition, because the most crucial reforms and also everything what is necessary for you, for joining the EU should be supported in same way also by opposition, stabilisation is a very important issue for Montenegro. And I hope that it will be given by the European Commission, also to your country the status of candidate country by the end of November, it will be great progress in our relations.
