And also very transperent rules , from point of view of transport, access to pipelines, very open liberalisation is one of the crucial and basic assumption of both documents.It would be great for our perspective if Russia could ratify both of them , it would make it easy for our bilateral relations in this respect.

So is the same for the visa regime for the countries from outside the EU. I would like to underline that it is a small and free boarder movement close to the Kaliningrad area, on both sides, Lithania and Poland, So we are ready to open the boarders but it takes time and a lot of things must be done before this and we must be sure on both sides.
