SOUNDBITE (English), Jon COPLON, Producer of "Mediterranea", "There were moments, when we were shooting that were very difficult because everyone in front of the camera is a first time actor and, at the same time, they're all playing a version of themselves. So one moment in particular was the boat crossing, that was very tough emotionally on a lot of the extras that had actually done the crossing and it really brought up feelings that, you know, I think people had left behind".

I think we've reached a lot of audiences we wouldn't have otherwise and then, obviously, it's an honour to be at the Parliament. I don't think ever imagined I'd be here".

SOUNDBITE (English), Jon COPLON, Producer of "Mediterranea","You know the hope is that people connect to the character and they can kind of enter his world for a couple of hours and then take that and use it as a way to go beyond the statistics that we're bombarded with and have a different perspective on this 'problem'".
