A social triple A, I like that I like the concept of that because it will help the weakest citizens.

This is a formal procedure and that I said if you vote for the new commission I will sign the letter transmission give a copy to Mr Juncker and send a copy to the Council. But Mr Juncker will not be yet be in office but it will be clear that he will be undertake office and not be due to a vote by the European Parliament.
