It means reduction, vaste and corruption in a delivery of our aid and also the American aid for Afghanistan. The peace process, the support of the peace process. The strong support of what Karzai government is trying to do to get the government of national unity of Afghanistan. And the elimination of opium poppy through strategy five years and the main instrument will be alternative development for the afghan peasants.
