EU @ COP24 in Katowice, Poland: highlights of the day

The 24th Conference of the Parties (COP24) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) takes place in Katowice, Poland, from 3 to 14 December 2018. The conference focus on the full implementation of the Paris Agreement and the political phase of the Talanoa Dialogue intended to support the implementation of national commitments.
