The start of the 42nd edition of the famous “20 kilometers of Brussels” race took place on Sunday at 10 a.m. at the Parc du Cinquantenaire, just after the departure of the disabled participants at 9:30 a.m. Runners came out in five waves, followed by walkers. Vanheede industrial fermentation plant converts organic products into biomethane, which is then converted into electricity via a gas engine.
