Formal signature of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) with EP President David Sassoli, and Portuguese Prime Minister António Costa in presence of European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. Adopted by the European Parliament on Wednesday, 9 February, the RRF is the biggest building block of the Next Generation EU recovery package. It comprises €672.5 billion in grants and loans and it will support key policy areas such as the green and digital transitions.
