During the plenary session (11-12/11/2020) of the European Parliament in Brussels, MEPs elect Parliament’s first Vice-president. He or she will replace Mairead McGuinness who became EU Commissioner for Financial Services in October. Roberta METSOLA (EPP, MT) is elected as the first Vice-President of the EP.
