SOUNDBITE (Italian), David SASSOLI, EP President, Dear colleagues, I would like to welcome the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, who has been re-elected for his second mandate and is here to celebrate the partnership between the European Union and the United Nations. The European Parliament very much respects his commitment to strengthen multilateralism and reform the United Nations carry on responding effectively to the current challenges.
