LIBE Committee meeting with national parliaments for a round table discussion on terrorism, and specifically the revision of Framework decision 2002/475/JHA Combating terrorism. This revision aims to align it with the Council of Europe Convention on the prevention of terrorism, by including public provocation to commit terrorist offences, recruitment for terrorism and training for terrorism.
