SOUNDBITE (Italian), Antonio TAJANI, EP President, The European Parliament asked for a web tax since long time. The European Commission has now made a proposal. We will examine it and we will support it because it is unacceptable that web giants are working in Europe and paying very few taxes and not creating new jobs. It is unacceptable that the money earned in Europe are going to China and US. If we want to have more money for European budget and solving problems of EU citizens we have to do like Robin Hood: we have to take money from those not paying taxes and give it to those in need.
