The EU's response to the refugee crisis  was riddled with flaws

We have to solve the migration crisis  collectively, without Britain.

At least 30 billion euros a year  will be needed in the EU

to build effective border  and asylum agencies,

to ensure dignified reception conditions,

fair asylum procedures  and opportunities for integration.

Given the state of public opinion,  do you think that by announcing
