The first meeting of EU-UK Parliamentary Partnership Assembly is scheduled for 12-13 May 2022, in Brussels. This is the first time that representatives from both parliaments will meet in this new body. The EU-UK Parliamentary Partnership Assembly was set up following the entry into force of the new Trade and Cooperation Agreement in January 2021. It acts as a forum for the European Parliament and the UK Parliament to exchange views on EU-UK relations.
