During the meeting of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE), MEPs vote plans to provide a safe and clear passage to the EU for people in need of international protection. The proposal provides for common rules on the admission and transfer of non-EU nationals who have asked for protection in one of the Member States.
