I am supporting the idea that EU   should help young entrepreneurs,

young people who are only beginning   their professional life.

EU or its institutions might not know   why people are unemployed

or what are the main regional problems   e.g. in Lower Silesia where I live.

I think that EU role should be to propose   a strategy, a framework,

which will be later implemented   by the citizens in the regions

for which the support will be dedicated.
