SOUNDBITE (German), Jean-Claude JUNCKER, President of the EC , I will not pretend I did not hear the negative things but there is no way I could possibly address all of the points that came up. Today, I think there is a considerable agreement in the groups of this House for which I am grateful.

SOUNDBITE (German), Jean-Claude JUNCKER, President of the EC, We are intensively involved in talks with Turkey when it comes to the question of visas. I would like to clarify that the delocalisation will only happen if all of the necessary pre-conditions are fulfilled by the Turkish side. I will call upon all of us at least in some respect to be more patient in our approach because we are talking about a very tough issues to be resolved in Turkey.

SOUNDBITE (German), Jean-Claude JUNCKER, President of the EC, I hope that this will prove possible but not necessarily within the set timetable. Without the reform, for instance, of the anti-terror law, it will not be possible to agree to visa liberalisation for Turkey or even to have any serious date agreed upon.  I am pleased that almost everybody has called for a strong social Europe. As you all know, the consultation procedure for the basic pillars are now taking place. The outcome of these consultations will be forthcoming and we will submit our proposals.  Thank you for drawing attention to the need to ensure that the European Investment Fund should be doubled. This has meet with broad measures of consensus. The European Parliament must ensure that this decision will be taken. The same apply to the digital agenda. We need to stand side by side and to get to serious work together. Thank you very much.
