We live in an era of fake news and false narratives, but since 2015 one radio project has been relating what is really happening in the EU. It’s name is Europhonica. Europhonica was created in 2015, and is part-funded by the Commission. It is a network of roughly one hundred university radio stations in six EU countries. Many of them are based in Italy and have combined to form ‘RadUni’. This year’s Charlemagne Youth Prize goes to the Italian Europhonica project of Raduni. The following audio programme is a tribute to all colleagues who participate in this project.
