Let's not underestimate  the terrible consequences

of this lack of substantive reforms  for Europeans.

Greece is a particularly  painful example of this.

I have to recognise that I was very  pessimistic during the last weeks,

because there was no progress whatsoever.

But now we are back in a normal process.

As far as Greece is concerned,  the European Council, the Commission,

the ECB and the Eurogroup  have to stop the financial blackmail.
