SOUNDBITE (English), Antonio TAJANI, EP President, <p>We want to achieve an agreement with the Council to reform the Dublin Rules and favor relocation. We are ready also for an agreement with the Visegrad states. For example, if they are against the relocation it is possible to have a compromise: no relocation, more money for an action plan in Africa.</p>
