SOUNDBITE (Spanish), Antonio TAJANI, EP President, I would like on behalf of the European Parliament to express our condolences and solidarity with the Colombian people after the Mocoa tragedy, the mudslides could rise to many casualties and there are also 2 European citizens who have disappeared. I would like to express our solidarity and our support with the country of Colombia, to its people and our condolences all go to the families of all those who have lost their lives. (Applause)

SOUNDBITE (Italian), Antonio TAJANI, EP President, I would also like to express the condolences and the solidarity of the European Parliament to the Russian people and to the city of St. Petersburg because of today's terrorist attack which has given rise to many deaths, many casualties. It's important in order to protect our citizens to cooperate much more to the fight of all forms of terrorism. (Applause)

SOUNDBITE (English), Antonio TAJANI, EP President, I inform you that the President of the Eurogroup, Mr. Dijsselbloem has declined once again our invitation to take part in the Plenary debate on Greece. I would like to stress that even if there is no legal obligation for him to take part in our work, it will be expected that someone who asks European citizens to make huge sacrifices to also feel the duty to answer to their representatives. This is also a question of common courtesy. (Applause)
