This is a critical imbalance, we have been saying it but we couldn't prove it, so this proof is critical because this proof is laying in the Court judgment, the Court judgment of an individual citizen, which was taking a case with a critical well-known brand and I think that is a very important judgment, because up to now it was just political or legal opinion, this is a proper judgment and it has been significant, widely across the United States and the European Union."</p>

We have been telling her that safe harbour is not safe, she must now come to us with the Commission's plans, with concrete plans as what she will do to make this informal agreement as we have been saying all this time, to become a formalised standardised way of transferring data, it is not safe, we want to make it safe, we regard transfer of data very important for business, for commerce, it is critical therefore we want to ensure that this relationship is repaired and it is smooth, but at the moment it is not. So we want Commission plans hardened up, firmed up and we are awaiting the proposals from the Commission."</p>
